Pharmacist –

• Location: Multiple locations across Odisha and West Bengal.

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting (Fresh graduates may also apply).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B. Pharm / D. Pharm or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

• Valid Pharmacy License: Must have a valid pharmacy license for Odisha or West Bengal.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and healthcare regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing Medicines: Accurately dispensing prescription medicines and advising customers on the proper use.

• Patient Consultation: Providing pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients on drug therapy, side effects, and usage.

• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders for medicines, and ensuring the timely availability of pharmaceutical products.

• Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to all health, safety, and pharmaceutical regulations.

• Customer Service: Offering exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and guiding patients in a professional manner.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
